Emails can be captured through Facebook, email signup requests and other sources. There are sites from where you can purchase email addresses and create mailing list thereafter. While sending marketing emails, e-books, and newsletters, it is very important to pay attention to the frequency and the content of the mail. The frequency should not be too high otherwise subscribers might report spam or unsubscribe. Also, the content should have a call to action (CTA) undertone and an aligned button or icon that makes it easy for the subscriber to take action.

Keeping up with the latest trends is a must for any business, but ignoring technology trends in the digital world is the matter of staying in business. Unfortunately, those trends (while easy enough to find mentioned online) are rarely explained well. There seems to be this mistaken idea that anyone who has an interest or need in the practice will just magically get the jargon. As we all know, that is one superpower that doesn’t exist in the real world.

Was reviewing some competitive data and thought this was pretty interesting. I ran a batch analysis on Ahrefs of competitors. See attached screenshot. With just 603 backlinks, Our site is ranking up there with sites with 2x, 3x, 10x the number of backlinks/unique ips. Guessing some of this authority is coming from the backlinks program and general good quality of those links. Hard to speculate but nice to see. Ben R.
You want people to go to your website and stay there long enough to see what you do and offer. The average person spends only 15 seconds on a web page and less than one minute on a site before moving on. With quality content, you can engage your users and ultimately convert them from a customer into a client. Think about it like a retail store. Customers walk in and out all day long, but clients are those who purchase things and come back repeatedly.
Today, people spend time on that, more than any other website in the network, except, perhaps, Google. If you want to sell your business on facebook.com, it would be advisable to establish a separate account for your business, but your personal account. If you want to increase your brand image and visibility, you could create a fan page, where you can share your business opportunities. Fan pages rank very well with search engines so if your fan page is quite popular there is a possibility that it could appear on the first page of search results Google.

Social can be a really effective way of engaging consumers and building brand loyalty, but I normally only suggest starting a social strategy once a company has built out their brand and website. As discussed above, researching your competition is a good place to start when creating a website that captures customers and keeps them engaged. By using the keywords that bring customers to your website you can determine what may or may not be beneficial to your marketing strategy. Also, make sure that you are optimizing all aspects of your site; add alt text to images; use at least two headers on each page or with each post, if you have a blog; and use external links. Don’t forget to keep on testing, as well. Strategies and plans need to have a fluid component. Business moves fast online, and so does the way search engines rank.
